SERVING: cut in a grid for canape style servings, or regular wedges for a generous dessert offering. You’ll get roughly 20 canape slices or 12 wedges. Leave it on the bench a few hours before serving to bring to room temp before cutting and serving for a nice smooth cut.
STORAGE: Will keep in the fridge for 7-10 days (best served within the first 3-4 days, but you can continue enjoying the leftovers well beyond this time).
