Take your classic peppermint slice, upgrade the biscuit base for a chewy fudgy chocolate brownie, trade the icing sugar filling for a silky mint white chocolate ganache, and dress it up with the most festive of decorations!
SERVING: Serves 16-25 pieces (cut it however you like - the slice comes as one big slab that you can cut into as many or as few pieces as you wish). Leave it on the bench a few hours before serving to bring to room temp before cutting and serving for a nice smooth cut.
STORAGE: Will keep in the fridge for 10-12 days (best served within the first 3-4 days, but you can continue enjoying the leftovers well beyond this time).
