SERVING: cut in a grid for canape style servings, or regular wedges for a generous dessert offering. You’ll get roughly 20 canape slices or 12 dessert sized wedges.
This cake is best served warm. It is recommended that each slice is cut, placed in a bowl (not a plate, as the sauce on top will melt into a delicious butterscotch bath) and microwaved in 20 second bursts until warm and melty.
STORAGE: Will keep in the fridge for 3-4 days (best served within the first 1-2 days, but you can continue enjoying the leftovers well beyond this time). Your dessert will be given to you in a 25cm x 25cm x 10cm tall box.
